“I feel honored that my peers thought of me. The best part of my job is counseling the children one on one and working directly with the teachers.”
Brooks began the counselor position after the school year began. She has done an outstanding job learning about her new job and making sure that counseling procedures are followed. She worked so well with the children that moved into our area with hurricane Katrina and truly made them feel at home. Her teaching experiences have brought insight and skill to her new position at CES.
