Frank Cain has worked for the Oxford School District in the transportation department for 37 years. Frank has dedicated himself to serving the school district and helping ensure the safety of students whether as a mechanic or having to drive a bus route. His dependability, loyalty, and knowledge of the bus fleet is truly an asset to the Oxford School District. Congratulations to Frank Cain on this well-deserved honor.
