Robert Dalton is currently completing his first year as the social studies teacher at the Oxford Learning Center. Although it may be Mr. Dalton’s first year at OLC, he is certainly not new to the profession with over thirty years of cumulative experience. Mr. Dalton has been characterized by his peers as a team player who has a way of getting the most challenging students to respond favorably. Mr. Dalton is also noted as one who does an exceptional job of maintaining discipline in the instructional setting by encouraging his students to be on their best behavior at all times and to put forward their best effort in their academic endeavors.

The faculty and staff members of Oxford Learning Center are truly grateful and honored to have Mr. Dalton as their Employee of the Week representative.
