Director of Personnel, Operations & Planning
“It’s always an honor to be appreciated by your colleagues. The people in the departments I lead in the district—Child Nutrition, Transportation, Human Resources, Maintenance and Grounds—are the district’s silent professionals. They are fantastic, and I am fortunate to have the privilege to lead them. They truly deserve the credit. On behalf of them, I humbly accept recognition as the Employee of the Week.”
The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Doug Cromwell, the district’s director of personnel, operations & planning, as our Employee of the Week. Mr. Cromwell helps make our district a great place to work and learn.
Here’s what Central Office has to say about Mr. Cromwell:
“Mr. Cromwell has had an immediate impact on our operations department. His leadership and planning skills have allowed others to grow as well. This is the sign of an excellent leader. We are lucky to have him.”
“Doug has a lot of irons in the fire, but he always takes care of answering phone calls, questions, and emails in a timely manner.”
“He is always helpful, and he listens.”
“While I could list many Central Office employees who are all very deserving, the person who has had the largest district-wide positive impact this year is Doug Cromwell. Providing oversight for Transportation, Maintenance, Grounds, Business Office, and Child Nutrition, Doug has taken on a myriad of issues and challenges that needed addressing district-wide, and has done so with great success.”
“He is an awesome person to work with! If he can help you or the situation out in any way, he is for sure going to do it!”
“He has jumped into his new position with abounding energy!”
Congratulations, Mr. Cromwell! You’re a great representative of the #ChargerNation.
