Oxford High School
“I am blessed to be in a job where I can serve such a great student body and faculty!”
The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Oxford High School librarian Lynndy Hurdle as our Employee of the Week. Mrs. Hurdle helps make our district a great place to work and learn.
Here’s what Oxford High School has to say about Mrs. Hurdle:
“Mrs. Hurdle is such an awesome resource for our students. She has been eager to help my students navigate the online databases available to them as they conduct research for their science projects. She is always happy to provide materials or assist students in the library, and she welcomes them to use the library as a space for tutoring. She regularly hosts library events and encourages all students to read. For these reasons, and many more, I think she deserves to be selected as employee of the week.”
“Lynndy is perhaps one of the most HELPFUL people in the building. She is always joyful and is always eager to help ANYONE that needs it! She often volunteers to fulfill obligations outside of her librarian title, and never complains when those obligations are placed upon her outside of her usual volunteerism. I simply think that she doesn’t get enough credit for all of the things she does around this school to help administration, faculty and students! She pretty much rocks!”
“Mrs. Hurdle does so much more than serve as the school librarian. She keeps our Apple TV screens up to date, solves student and substitute teacher laptop issues, helps students with research papers, and watches classes for teachers when a sub is not available. She is the superhero of OHS!”
“Lynndy actively works towards making OHS better for students every day.”
Congratulations, Mrs. Hurdle! You’re a great representative of the #ChargerNation.
