Oxford Intermediate School
“It is such an honor to be chosen. Oxford Intermediate School is the best place to work. The faculty, staff, and administration are so supportive of everything that I do. I am very thankful to work with all of them.”
The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Oxford Intermediate School music teacher Carol Trott as our Employee of the Week. Mrs. Trott helps make our district a great place to work and learn.
Here’s what Oxford Intermediate School has to say about Mrs. Trott:
“She is always doing something to promote student learning via motivation and rewards. She quietly leads our staff in coordinating special activities, and she works quickly to get things done!”
“She contributes time beyond her job description for the OIS parking fundraiser on Ole Miss game days.”
“Mrs. Trott is a leader for our school’s Renaissance Committee, and she has put forth countless hours to help raise money through our parking efforts in order to give back to our students. She also is resourceful in providing opportunities for students to be rewarded for their achievements. Mrs. Trott is student driven and an advocate for all kids in our school.”
“Mrs. Trott ALWAYS goes beyond her call of duty in all areas: in the classroom she makes sure her students appreciate music by giving them enticing activities from which to learn; as a leader, Mrs. Trott runs the Renaissance Committee very efficiently assuring that teachers, staff, and students are appreciated; and, as a co-worker, she is quick to encourage her peers and lend a hand whenever needed. Mrs. Trott is truly deserving of being the OIS Employee of the Week!”
“She always goes above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. She does so much after school as well.”
“She does an amazing job with the students. She also does a wonderful job as the chairperson of the OIS Renaissance Committee!”
Congratulations, Mrs. Trott! You’re a great representative of the #ChargerNation.
