The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Oxford Learning Center receptionist Hiburnia Anderson as our Employee of the Week. Ms. Anderson helps make our district a great place to work and learn.
Here’s what Oxford Learning Center has to say about Ms. Anderson:
“Ms. Anderson is the utmost professional. She remains cool and calm whenever we have a crisis or difficult situation. This year she has taken on additional duties since she is now also the office manager at Scott Center. She always is here to make the jobs of the staff and faculty easier for us all. She enables OLC to run smoothly and efficiently.”
“She is always smiling and always willing to lend a hand. She interacts well with all students at the OLC and makes them feel good about themselves!”
“Mrs. Anderson works very hard for our district. She continues to adjust to her changing duties without any delay. She is always very helpful and supportive of the staff and students. She cares about the success of the school and the district. When students and parents become disruptive and agitated, her calm demeanor helps to bring order and clarity to situations. She is very important to the success of our school.”
“Mrs. Anderson she has given 110% every day since I started working at OLC. She continues to do her best with her job and supports every staff member here as well as at Scott Center. Mrs. Anderson is an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on and a co-worker that I look up to on a daily basis.”
