Fall Surveys Continue to Show Growth
Oxford, Mississippi (December 14, 2023) — Twice each year, the Oxford School District surveys parents, employees, and students to measure their satisfaction and engagement in the learning environments provided on their campuses. Studer Education facilitates anonymous surveys and partners with the district in meeting school, department, and district-level goals. Since entering a three-year partnership with Studer Education, the district has conducted surveys in fall/spring 2022, fall/spring 2023 and fall of 2023.
Superintendent Bradley Roberson commented at the November school board meeting that the most remarkable pieces of data are the Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The Net Promoter Score measures the loyalty relationship between our organization and the survey participants. The OSD results for Student Experience led the top range of the NPS with the highest scores of all of Studer Education's partners (made of 85,847 students). “We (administration) continue to focus on providing a positive climate and culture for students, families, and staff,” said Roberson as he recognized all of the school principals. “Strong student outcomes will not happen unless those are in place.”
