2020-2021 Registration Information
Returning Students: Online Registration Begins May 11th
The online registration portal opens Monday, May 11th at oxfordsd.org/registration. The Oxford School District uses the InfoSnap portal for enrollment.
*NEW THIS YEAR: Parents will receive SnapCode info via email, not postal mail. Students in grades 6-12 will also receive the SnapCode in their school-issued email inbox.
Proof of Residency, Birth Certificates & Immunization Documents
*NEW THIS YEAR: Only those returning students who have an address change since the 2019-2020 school year are required to submit new proofs of residency this year.
Due to Covid-19 school closures, there will not be a document drop-off event. Instead, parents will upload the required documents using the link on the registration webpage. The required documents can be submitted in numerous formats by scanning or submitting screenshots.
The Student Registration Department will not accept faxed or emailed documents. If you wish to mail your proofs of residency or immunization documents via postal mail, please attach this cover sheet to your documents prior to mailing. (If you fail to include this cover sheet, your student will be unidentifiable and therefore, not registered for school.)
Required Immunization for 7th Grade
All 7th-grade students must have a Tdap immunization booster and provide an updated MS 121 Immunization Record marked "complete for middle school, high school requirements-7th grade and above" for registration to be complete.
Please make arrangements with your child's physician or the local health department to secure an appointment. School districts cannot make exceptions to this Tdap immunization requirement.
NEW Student Registration
The online application and document uploads can be submitted using any internet-enabled device (iPads, Tablets, Cell Phones, etc.) The required documents can be submitted in numerous formats by scanning or submitting screenshots.
