Friday, May 8th is the last day of instruction for those students who have met promotion standards in K-4th and those who are passing all courses in 5th-12th.
Beginning May 11th through May 21st: Targeted instruction for those students who have not met promotion standards or those students who are failing a course. Once a student meets standards they will be dismissed.
*Teachers and principals will notify students on Friday, May 8th if they are expected to continue instruction on May 11th.
All students will return their device and charger in the drive-thru bus lane at Oxford Elementary School.
Seniors: May 5th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OHS: May 12th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OMS: May 13th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OIS and Della: May 14th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OE and Bramlett: May 15th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*If students have AP exams or extended instruction time, they will be allowed to keep their device and return at later date.
Pick Up Personal Belongings
Elementary parents may pick up their student's personal belongings curbside at the following times:
Della: May 14th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Bramlett: May 15th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OE: May 15th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*Same day and times as device drop-off
Library Book Return
Please return any outstanding library books and/or textbooks to the book drop located at the entrance of your school building by MAY 15th.
