Oxford, Mississippi (March 7, 2018) — Students, faculty and even board members were recognized at the recent monthly board meeting held on February 26.
School Board Appreciation
The Oxford School District Board of Trustees were recognized in honor of School Board Member Recognition Week. Board member Marian Barksdale was singled out and recognized for serving on the board for 12 and a half years. Barksdale will soon be leaving the board as her second term comes to an end.
Coach Hunter Crane was recognized for being named NFHS Coaches Association 2017-2018 Coach of the Year in the sport of Girls’ Soccer.
