Oxford, Mississippi (June 28, 2021) — OSD Technology is moving to a new helpdesk platform this week beginning at the start of business this Wednesday, June 30th. As of the end of the day tomorrow, Tuesday, June 29th, OSD Technology will no longer be using Incident IQ for the submission of tech requests.
Our new helpdesk platform for submission of tech requests starting this Wednesday will be ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and can be reached at helpdesk.oxfordsd.org. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.
Tech request submission through the new ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus will be very simple and streamlined.
To submit a tech request, users should do the following:
Navigate to: helpdesk.oxfordsd.org and log in using your OSD username and password (this will be the same username and password you use to log into your computer or email), then click "Log In".
Then click on "Report an Issue"
Then click on "Default Request"
Then enter the barcode of your device, a short problem subject, and a detailed problem description as shown below.
