Oxford, Mississippi (February 12, 2021) — Today, the Technology Department will be disabling the current helpdesk platform, Solarwinds Web Help Desk. The new tech helpdesk, Incident IQ, will be up and running by 5:00 pm this afternoon.
There is no need for you to do anything differently to get to the new helpdesk. You can click on any saved shortcuts and be automatically forwarded to the new oxfordsd.incidentiq.com or just click on an Incident IQ link on the OSD website. Additionally, you can type oxfordsd.incidentiq.com into your browser address bar.
Once on the new oxfordsd.incidentiq.com site, users may watch a very short tutorial on how to submit tech requests.
Parents/guardians who wish to submit a tech request should go to oxfordsd.incidentiq.com and log-in using your student's email account and MSIS number. (To find your child's MSIS number, log-in to PowerSchool, then click on "Student Planner Tool" in the left menu bar.
