The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Della Davidson Elementary School office manager Ginger Ethridge as our Employee of the Week. Mrs. Ethridge helps make our district a great place to work and learn.

Here’s what Della Davidson Elementary School has to say about Mrs. Ethridge:

Mrs. Ethridge is the office manager at Della but she does WAY more than just the duties of the office manager. She is constantly taking the initiative to get things done. She has passed out supplies, put together tables, filled in for the receptionist - and just about anything else that has needed to be done around the school. We are so lucky to have her with us at Della! She deserves to be recognized!

Ms. Ethridge always goes above and beyond to help anyone at the school! She does it with a calm and positive attitude and is always so pleasant to be around. She is the mayor of Della and does an excellent job!

Mrs. Ethridge goes above and beyond her job title to make sure everyone is taken care of and that we have what we need to do our jobs.

Ginger is the best Office manager , she has a great personality and a very hard worker and whatever you need or have a question she will try her best to help and she has candy in her office that I like to eat!

Mrs Ethridge is always available to help and answer any questions. Anytime I have asked her for anything she doesn’t waste time to make it happen. If it is taking longer than it should she lets us know what the issue is. She is always on top of things.

I've worked with OSD for a long time in many different buildings and she by far I'd the BEST! Mrs. Ethridge is so kind and helpful!

Mrs. Ethridge has helped us all tremendously getting things ready for the start of school. She is ALWAYS helpful and KIND!

Mrs. Ethridge has added enthusiasm and life to the Della family! She goes above and beyond to help in all ways! Thanks you Mrs. Ethridge!
