I feel so honored, loved, grateful and thankful to be voted Employee of the Week for OSD. Della Davidson Elementary is literally the happiest and greatest place I have ever had the privilege of working. Della is like working at Disney World! My principals, the SRO, the teachers, the students, the cafeteria workers, the staff — EVERYONE — are simply the BEST. I have never had a job where I woke up every morning so excited to be at work until being at Della. You really don't ever work a day in your life if you love what you do and who you do it with. I love my job, but I love my DELLA family even more! Thank you again for this special honor!

Heather always has a smile on face even dealing with the copying machine. She is always helpful even when I forget to clock in lol and she's deserves to be Employee of the Week.
Heather came in in the middle of the school year and hasn’t missed a beat in filling such big shoes! She’s always so helpful and always has a smile on her face.
Since Heather joined the Della family late in the Fall she has been amazing! She is always positive and has jumped in to join all the fun-filled activities that go on at Della. We don’t even know all that she takes on as Office Manager, but she goes above and beyond helping to take care of things at Della!
Does everything with a smile - and always willing to chip in to help in any way that she can. Everybody loves her — the kids and the staff — everybody. She is such a hard worker and is always positive!
Heather is cheerful and helpful. I'm so happy she joined our Della family!
Ms. Howell has the best attitude and is always willing to help with anything!
Ms. Heather always goes above and beyond to help out the students and staff at DDES. You can find students stopping by her office each morning just to say ‘HI!’
Ms. Howell is constantly working to make sure everything is taken care of and she will always do that with a smile on her face!
Ms. Heather is such a joy! She is always smiling and so upbeat! She is a great addition to the DDES family!
Heather goes beyond her job description to help the teachers at Della.
