The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Della Davidson Elementary School library teacher assistant Ti’Erra Certion as our Employee of the Week. Ms. Certion helps make our district a great place to work and learn.

Here’s what Della Davidson Elementary School has to say about Ms. Certion:

Ti’Erra wears many hats around Della! She brightens up the children’s day. She’s a big kid herself so the students love to play and joke with her. She definitely knows how to turn the students’ frowns and sad faces to happy faces in a matter of minutes. Her jokes and caring spirit are what help keep Della afloat.

Miss Certion has done an incredible job as our front office person. She went from assistant librarian to running the front desk, fielding all phone calls, doing announcements, and interacting with parents — all with a smile. She deserves this award and our thanks for rising to the occasion and doing it all so well!

Miss T has been astronomical to have at Della Davidson. Recently, our office clerk was out and Miss T stepped up and did all things necessary to keep our office/building running as smoothly as possible. Also, Miss T is asked to help out in lots of areas of the school — from subbing to duty — you name it and she does it without complaining. Miss T is definitely an asset to have at Della Davidson!

Coach T just jumps in wherever needed to support Della and its students. We love Coach T.
Miss T could run the school! She can do it all and always has a smile on her face. We are blessed to have her at DDES!!!

Coach T wears many different hats here at Della! The love she has for the students is unconditional!

Miss T is the absolute best. Although she is definitely missed in the library, she has been able to effortlessly run the front office receptionist duties.

Miss T has filled in as Office Receptionist for the past month and has done an amazing job. She goes above and beyond and takes initiative to get things done.

Coach T has stepped up being the receptionist and has done such an amazing job with a big smile on her face!! We are lucky to have her!

Miss T has been such a huge help to the office during Ms. Bishop’s absence. She filled in and did an amazing job. Miss T always has a wonderful attitude and we are so very lucky to have her in our building!!

Miss T has always been awesome, but this year she has REALLY stepped up — taking on a role in the front office. She is great with the kids and always works so hard!

She has done such a good job stepping in where needed. We love her!
