“I am very excited to be recognized as Employee of the Week which should encourage all drivers to work harder and more productive. I am the driver that loves my job, my riders, and the staff. I tell my parents that when I pick up their children, they’re mine until I drop them off at school and bring them back home. With that being said, I’m going to display a loving and caring demeanor, as a mother would to her own. On bus 16, we’re one big family and a team, working together to get to and from school safely as possible.”

 

The Oxford School District is proud to recognize school bus driver Towanda Cox as our Employee of the Week for School Services. Ms. Cox helps make our district a great place to work and learn.

Towanda was very willing to help with cleaning at Bramlett Elementary Schools to ensure that all students had a safe and clean environment to learn in.
