The Oxford School District is proud to recognize Oxford High School teacher Stacy Murchison as our Employee of the Week. Mrs. Murchison helps make our district a great place to work and learn.

“Stacy teaches with her whole heart. She pushes her students to all strive for success. She cares for each student and coworker in our building, and it shows in each day she is at work.”

“Murch has done so much for this school with her DECA program and her business classes that have real world application that benefit the students greatly. She is also working tirelessly to make prom happen this weekend, again, to the benefit and enjoyment of the students of OHS. She is an asset to OHS.”

“Mrs. Murchison goes ABOVE and BEYOND for any and all students, not just her own. She treats each student like they are her own. She is the reason some even ‘difficult’ students come to school. She has worked so hard on Prom and always works hard to pull off graduation as well. Simply put, she LOVES everyone and works extremely hard for all students.”

“Stacy always goes above and beyond for her students, and this week she has been extra busy organizing prom! She does everything with a smile on her face and so much love!”

She also is over the DECA program, with many of her kids receiving high-rankings. She is kind, loving, giving, and professional. She is one of the hidden-gems of Oxford School District.”

“Mrs. Murchison goes above and beyond the call of duty for our students. She was the planner of the Senior prom and took on that task. She truly values every child she teaches and loves them like they are her own. Mrs. Murchison is the first to volunteer to help with any project out there. OSD is blessed to have her!”
