Since coming to the Oxford School District as Instructional Technologist in 2004, Carol Deweese has developed an excellent technology training program. This training program covers a broad range of topics from basic computer skills to advanced MS Office application training. In addition, Carol meets with teachers in one-on-one and small group sessions to focus her instruction on individual needs.

Carol played an integral role in the deployment of the new eSembler gradebook program and in meeting its associated training needs. She continues to work with the building level trainers and other teachers to answer questions and resolve issues. Additionally, Carol is the primary district trainer for the Student Progress Monitoring System which is used to assess student achievement. In all areas, she sets high standards and continues to excel.
