“This is my first year as the School Resource Officer at the Oxford Learning Center. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the teachers and staff here. In my short time here, I have seen how the teachers and staff care about all aspects of these young people's lives. It is truly my privilege and honor to come to work with each and every one of them each day.”

 

In his brief tenure as the resource officer of OLC, Officer Johnny Sneed has proven to be a real “trooper” for the staff, as well as, the students of OLC. He can often be seen engaging in activities that include: mentoring, assisting, advising, encouraging, and the maintaining of a watchful eye on the students and staff at the Oxford Learning Center and Scott Center.  The staff describes him as one who is very supportive, hardworking, and always willing to help the students and staff at OLC and SC in anyway that he can. He is consistently doing things that go beyond his call of duty and job description. The faculty and staff members of Oxford Learning Center and Scott Center are immensely grateful and honored to have Officer Johnny Sneed as their Employee of the Week selection.
