Bramlett Elementary School has selected Karen Akey as employee of the week.  Although Ms. Akey is the office manager at Bramlett, she is known as a “jack of all trades.”  While managing the school's business office, she also lends a helping hand with all major school events and heads up the Bramlett After-school Program.  One of the members of the teaching staff noted, “Karen Akey cares about the students, cares about the staff, and cares about the school. She simply does all she can to make Bramlett a great place to be.”
