“I am honored to be the DDES employee of the week. The most rewarding part of being a librarian is matching children to books they love. It takes just one book to create a life-long reader. Della's library and I could not function without the media assistant Mrs. Key. She is an equal partner in all the library functions.”

 

Ms. Thompson is an outstanding member of our staff. She works countless hours to makes sure any event in the library is the best.  She developed a Reading Fair guide to help students clearly understand the process.  She is very dedicated to helping students and staff. If anyone has a question about Children's Literature she is the one to ask.  Ms. Thompson is our Employee of the Week because of her constant work to make Della Davidson's library the best it can be for our students.  Thank you Ms. Thomspon.
