“I am honored to be selected as Employee of the Week. Working with excellent teachers, eager students, wonderful parents, and supportive administration makes coming to O.E. each day a pleasure. O.E. is a wonderful place to teach.”

 

Mary Beth Conway was selected as Oxford Elementary Employee of the Week.  When you see the students in Ms. Conway's classroom you see a community of learners.  Each morning, Mary Beth greets her students at the door, individually by name and gives them a hug as they walk quietly into the classroom.  Her calm and quiet demeanor, her pleasant attitude, her winning smile, her knowledge about children and how they learn are some of the characteristics that come to mind when you speak of Mary Beth.  As the second grade team leader, Ms. Conway organizes meetings and actively engages the teachers in providing input.   Whenever Mary Beth is asked to complete a task, a project or work beyond the hours required, she does so with such a willing attitude and a caring spirit.  It is an honor to recognize Mary Beth Conway as OE's Employee of the Week.
