Charles Conner has been driving for the Oxford School District for 20 plus years. In his time here, he has seen and experienced just about any situation on his bus routes. He has done interviews with the Oxford Eagle about automobiles running bus stop signs and the dangers of students crossing the street at bus stops. Mr. Conner has driven almost every route in the district at one time or another. He always displays a professional attitude and appearance each time he is on a route. Mr. Conner has decided in the last few years that he enjoys the special needs route more than the regular routes. Mr. Conner has and will always be a big part of the Oxford School District transportation team. We are proud to say he is truly a great asset to the team and he is always First In Class the Oxford Way.

I have been driving for 26 years and this is the first time I’ve ever been selected for something like this. I have a really great relationship with the students and faculty and staff at Scott center. I really appreciate the vote of confidence from all of my fellow employees. I was very surprised to have been selected.”
