When Stacey Decker was employed as OE's Positive Behavior Specialist/TST Coordinator, she hit the ground running and has not stopped. Stacey provides behavioral and academic support for teachers and students. She demonstrates herself as a student advocate who is willing to go the extra mile for all students. As a team player, Stacey has collaborated with other professionals to present a variety of professional development workshops. Often she works closely with the reading teacher to manage folders for the TST; Stacey wears many hats and gives 100%. Mrs. Decker's experience and knowledge about behavior are very apparent. Under any circumstance you will observe a person who is calm and handles situations with ease. Around noon, Stacey can be found in her office eating lunch with a group of students. We are happy to have her as part of our Oxford Elementary Family contributing to the behavior and academic success of our students.
