Ms. Dowd has been a consistent force behind the success of a number of students who have passed through the doors of Oxford Middle School. Her unique style of teaching reaches far beyond routine classroom instruction. Ms. Dowd is willing to go outside the box to help her students be successful. Her passion for education is evident in her day to day activities. Oxford Middle School is proud to have a force like Arleen Dowd in the classroom.
