Felicia Spearman is currently completing her third year as a teacher assistant at the Scott Center. She has been instrumental in working with students in the Multi-Talented class and the Diverse Abilities class at the Scott Center. One would have to conclude upon observation, that Felicia is student-centered in her approaches and serious about the task at hand. Her pleasant demeanor coupled with her even-tempered persona truly compliments her in her role at the Scott Center.

Felicia has consistently proven to be an upbeat, conscientious, and pleasant spirited employee even in the most challenging of situations. Her colleagues describe her as caring, helpful, hardworking, cheerful, dedicated, enthusiastic, energetic, and entertaining. Perhaps she is best known for her spirit of extending a helping hand without reservation whenever and wherever she is needed. It is with great enthusiasm that we recognize Felicia as the Employee of the Week selection for the Scott Center.
