Matt has been driving for the Oxford School District for the past 3 years. He drives a regular route and at times he will step in and double a route or drive an extra run to help out when we are short of drivers, or a student gets left at school and has no other means of getting home. Matt has done a great job with the students on his route. The route he drives is a tricky one, today he may have 10 riders and tomorrow 77. Matt pays close attention to his students and makes sure he knows exactly where they each live. He very seldom has to turn in a conduct report on the students. He communicates with the students and gains their respect. Matt has been a great asset to the district.

I am totally shocked to have been chosen employee of the week. I would like to thank everyone in the Oxford School District. I would also like to thank my students for their continued good behavior and cooperation on the bus. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of students.
