I'm so honored to be chosen as Employee of the Month! This recognition truly means a lot to me. Every day, I'm grateful for the opportunity to support our amazing schools in creating meaningful learning experiences for our youngest learners. I believe in the power of teamwork, encouragement, and always showing up with heart — and to be recognized for that is incredibly special. A huge shoutout to the leaders, teachers, and teacher assistants – you inspire me daily with your passion, creativity, and commitment to kids. Thank you, OSD, for making me feel seen and valued.

Aimee came into her position full speed ahead and hasn't ever slowed down. She has busted it every day to make sure that her teachers have what they need to teach, and that they know how to look at student data to make informed decisions.
