Laptop Pickup for Secondary Schools

Distribution Dates & Times
Date: July 27-28, 2026
Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
Location: Oxford High School
If you are unable to pickup the device on these two days, your child will be able to get their laptop the first day of school. If you have any questions regarding pickup/payment, please reach out to your child's principal. If you need technology support, please reach out to helpdesk@oxfordsd.org.
Distribution Locations at Oxford High School (OHS)
Device distribution for all secondary students will take place at Oxford High School (101 Charger Loop, Oxford, MS).
- High School Students: Enter through Math Hall on the East side of OHS
- Middle School Students: OHS Fine Arts Building
- Intermediate School Students: OHS Cafeteria
Who can pick up the device?
Students are encouraged to attend device pickup, but if you are unable to do so you will need your child's username, password, and MSIS ID number to be able to login to the device.
Registration
You must be FULLY registered by July 24th to pick up your student device. You can go to www.oxfordsd.org/register to complete online registration. You will receive a text message from registration to confirm your child's registration once it is complete.
Technology Fees
Technology fees will be pushed to PowerSchool/MySchool Bucks before device pickup. You are able to pay your tech fee online prior to pickup or pay onsite the day of pickup.
- If you pay online via PowerSchool/MySchoolBucks, you must pay 24 hours in advance.
- If you pay onsite the day of pickup, you must bring cash or check; we will not be able to accept credit cards.
Device Information
- Apple MacBook Air
- Sky Blue color, based on the student preference survey conducted earlier this year.
- A protective case that they will be welcome to add stickers if they’d like. (no paint)
- MagSafe charging cable and brick
Updated Charger Replacement Costs
Please note the updated replacement costs for charging accessories:
- MagSafe charging cable: $49
- Charging brick: $39
- Total charger replacement cost: $88
