Program Description

ABC Integrity Time

ABC Integrity Time is a unique program designed to teach our young children foundational values of Integrity. It includes 26 Lessons based on the ABC’s – A stands for Attitude, B stands for Behavior, C stands for Cooperation, etc. Through games, special snacks, fun puppets, and creative songs children will learn many lessons about the importance of choosing what is true and good and right. Accelerated Reader

Accelerated Reader (AR) is a program designed to get your child reading and to help them grow in their reading level and comprehension. Learn more about Accelerated Reader.

After-School Care

The YMCA of Memphis & The Midsouth provides the Afterschool Care program for families in the Oxford School District. The YMCA provides these services on the campuses of Bramlett Elementary, Central Elementary, Della Davidson Elementary, Oxford Intermediate School. Learn more about After-School Care.

Learning Garden

The Learning Garden offers students an outdoor area to grow and learn more about plants and our environment.

Most Improved

Each nine weeks, teachers select one student from their class for the Most Improved Award. This student is chosen based on significant academic improvement for that particular quarter. Oxford Elementary honors these students with a special snack and award certificate. Parents are invited to attend the ceremony.


Oasis is an after-school tutoring program designed for students who are struggling in the areas of reading and math. Students are selected based on school benchmark assessments and classroom performance.
