Student Registration
2022-2023The Oxford School District is using a registration platform called School Mint. The SchoolMint registration platform is easy to use on any smartphone, iPad, or computer. All documents will be uploaded directly into your application. If you know how to send a picture from your phone, you will breeze through this process!
For a student to be considered enrolled in the Oxford School District, parents must complete two required steps for their children’s student registration:
- Register child for school online
- Provide required registration documents
NOTE: Students will not be offered a schedule or issued a laptop for the 2022-2023 school year until both of the above steps are complete.

Instructions for Returning Students
NOTE: Returning students are those who attended the Oxford School District at the end of the 2021-2022 school year.
If your child will be a returning student, you can enroll your child for the 2022-2023 school year by following the two steps below.
Step 1: Register Online
Registration for students returning in the 2022-2023 school year opens Monday, June 6, 2022, at 8 a.m.
Parents/Guardians of returning students will use the same log-in credentials (email and password) from the 2021-2022 school year.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” Returning students should NOT click on “If you do NOT have an account” — that is for NEW students.
Registration for returning students is now open!
Step 2: Required Documents
Only those who have an address change since the 2021-2022 school year are required to submit new proofs of residency this year.
All documents will be uploaded into your application at the time of registration. If you wish to set up an appointment with the Student Registration Department, please call (662) 513-8111. The Registration Department is located at 1637 Hwy 30 East.
Required registration documents* for returning students are:
*NOTE: Any document with a P.O. box as an address will NOT be accepted by school officials.
- An updated Mississippi 121 Immunization record marked “requirements met for 7th-12th grade attendance” is required of all students who will be entering 7th grade.
- Proofs of residency are required ONLY if a student has had a change of address since the 2021-2022 school year. Residency may be verified at any time by the Student Registration Department.
NOTE: the parent/guardian’s name and address on each of the below items must be the same. - Any one (1) of the following documents:
- Mortgage document
- Property deed
- Filed Homestead Exemption Application form
- Apartment or home lease with the expiration date
- AND any one (1) of the following documents:
- Utility bills (water, gas or electricity) should be dated in the current month or previous month at the time of drop-off. Outdated utility bills will not be accepted.
- Personal visit by a designated school district official
- Valid Mississippi Driver’s License or Mississippi Identification Card
- State or Federal document

NOTE: New students are those who did not attend the Oxford School District at the end of the 2021-2022 school year.
If your child will be a new student, you can enroll your child for the 2022-2023 school year by following the two steps below.

Registration for students new to the district in the 2022-2023 school year opens Monday, June 6, 2022, at 8 a.m.

Step 2: Required Documents
All documents will be uploaded into your application at the time of registration. If you wish to set up an appointment with the Student Registration Department, please call (662) 513-8111. The Registration Department is located at 1637 Hwy 30 East.

- Child’s original birth certificate
- Child’s updated immunization record marked “complete for school entry” (Mississippi Immunization 121 Form)
- Proofs of residency:
