O.H.S. Track and Field

2022

The 2021/22 Boys and Girls Track teams are starting the season very motivated to do great things.  The Chargers return some very key athletes who will contribute in a big way this year. Johnn Scott Kendricks (2nd Place in PV at the 2021 State Championships), Kegaan Wilfawn (4th place in the Discus at the 2021 State Championships), Levi Bush, Jamal Giles (8th place in LJ at the 2021 State Championships), and Cedric Burrell (Scored in relays at the 2021 State Championships).  In the distance races, the Chargers returned Ethan Knight, Matthew Singletary and Luke Johnson. The Chargers also have a supporting cast of young talent who will be looking to make a mark this season. 

The Lady Chargers returned Hannah Johnson, who scored points at the 6A State Meet last year in the high jump.  Also returning for the Lady Chargers are Nyla Patton, Greek Marion, Semaj Pettis, Sparkle Caldwell, Maddie Gray, and Kennedy Jones.  All were North State Qualifiers.  Their goal this year will be to make it to the State Meet. The Lady Chargers also have a supporting cast of young talent who will be looking to make a mark this season.
