The Oxford School District provides bus transportation to all students within the Oxford School District boundaries. The average ride time for students is approximately 55 minutes each way. The Transportation Department is committed to providing students with safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services that support their overall academic success.
The Oxford School District Transportation Department is comprised of approximately 60 dedicated professionals who are committed to meeting the transportation needs of our students each day. Our mission is to provide the safest, most courteous, and most efficient transportation services possible. This commitment extends to every student we serve, including those riding regular education buses, special education buses, field trip transportation, and athletic event transportation. Through the dedication of our drivers, mechanics, monitors, office staff, and supervisors, we work together to ensure that every student arrives at school safely, prepared to learn, and returns home safely each afternoon.
