Technology Fees and Fines

Students in PreK-5th Grade

Each student will be assigned an iPad that remains in charging cabinets in the classroom.
The technology fee is $25.
iPads will be issued in classrooms during the first week of school.
Fee waivers are available by completing and qualifying with the free & reduced lunch application here.

Students in 6th-12th Grade

Each student will be assigned a MacBook that can be taken home each day.
The technology fee is $50.
Students in grades 6-12 will need to provide their own backpack which must include a laptop sleeve.
Fee waivers are available by completing and qualifying with the free & reduced lunch application here.

How do I pay my child’s technology fee?

There are two ways to pay a technology fee:

Pay in person to the school's office manager (cash or check) or
Pay electronically with a debit or credit card. (Once you have created an online MySchoolBucks account, you MUST link the account in order to pay the fee from your student’s PowerSchool account. Tech fees will only show up in Powerschool.) Click here for detailed instructions on how to pay fees electronically.

Fines for Damaged Technology

Accidental Damage to iPad:

First occurrence: $25
Second occurrence: $25
Third occurrence: $25
Subsequent occurrences: Full Cost of Repair or Replacement

Accidental Damage to MacBook:

First occurrence: $50
Second occurrence: $50
Third occurrence: $50 and students must leave their device at school each day
Subsequent occurrences: Full cost of repair or replacement
