Where can my child get immunizations?

One of the required registration documents for all 7th graders and new students is the child’s updated immunization record (Mississippi Immunization 121 Form) that is marked either “Requirements met for K4 through 6th grade attendance” or “Requirements met for 7th through 12th grade attendance”.
