If your child will be a returning student, you can enroll your child for the 2025-2026 school year by following the two steps below.

Step 1: Register Online

Registration for students returning in the 2025-2026 school year opens online Monday, July 1, 2025, at 8 a.m.

Parents/Guardians of returning students will use the same log-in credentials (email and password) from the 2024-2025 school year.

• New this year: Parents will need their child’s 7-digit student I.D. number (MSIS number) to complete registration. If you do not know your child’s I.D. number, view instructions on finding the MSIS number here or contact the Registration Office at (662) 513-8111 or registration@oxfordsd.org.
• Our Student Registration Department offers technology support for families who need access to these services at no cost. Student Registration staff will be available to offer technical support.

Step 2: Required Documents

All returning students will be required to submit proofs of residency in-person at our Document Drop-off Event beginning on July 8, 2025. Document drop-off will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at the Oxford High School cafeteria located at 101 Charger Loop until July 18. Beginning July 21, document drop-off will be located at 400 Price St., Oxford.

Required registration documents* for returning students are:

*NOTE: Any document with a P.O. box as an address will NOT be accepted by school officials.

1. Current Mississippi 121 Immunization Records are required for all 7th graders and new students. Child’s updated Mississippi 121 Immunization Record marked “requirements met for K4-6th grade attendance” or “requirements met for 7th-12th grade attendance.”
   • Where can my child get immunizations?
2. Proofs of residency are required to be submitted at the document drop-off event beginning on July 8, 2025. Residency will be verified by the Student Registration Department. (View board policy JBCAA – Verification of Residence.)
   NOTE: the parent/guardian’s name and address on each of these items must be the same.
   • Any one (1) of the following documents:
     • Mortgage document from the month of or month prior to registration;
     • Property deed;
     • Property tax document for the most recent tax year;
     • Filed Homestead Exemption Application form;
     • A current apartment or home lease with an expiration date/term of agreement; or
     • Any other residency documentation that will objectively and unequivocally establish that the parent or legal guardian resides within the school district as determined by the director of student registration, superintendent, or designee.
   • AND any one (1) of the following documents:
     • Utility bill (water, gas, electricity, solid waste, TV cable, internet, or landline phone) for service in the month of or month prior to registration (outdated utility bills will not be accepted);
     • Valid Mississippi automobile registration;
     • Affidavit and/or personal visit by a designated school district official (affidavit forms are available in the Student Registration office located at Oxford Intermediate School);
       • NOTE: If an affidavit is required, these must be completed during the week of July 14-18, 2025. Affidavits CANNOT be completed during document drop-off week (July 8-11).
     • Any other residency documentation/verification that will objectively and unequivocally establish that the parent or legal guardian resides within the school district as determined by the director of student registration, superintendent, or designee.

Registration for students new to the district in the 2025-2026 school year opens Monday, May 19, 2025, at 8 a.m.

Step 2: Required Documents

ALL new students will be required to submit proofs of residency in-person beginning May 27, 2025, at the Oxford High School cafeteria located at 101 Charger Loop until July 18. Beginning July 21, document drop-off will be located at 400 Price St., Oxford. The Student Registration Department will verify residency for all new students.
