Basic Health Services

Basic Health Services are available through the Charger Clinic. Includes general health care, mental healthcare, nutritional counseling, family counseling and dental care.

Additional Health Services

Communicare offers multiple treatment options for co-occurring disorders, from substance use disorders to mental health disorders. We also offer a wide variety of services to individuals with a diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Crisis Services staff provides community-based crisis services that deliver solution-focused, recovery-oriented behavioral health assessments and stabilization of crises. Communicare accepts insurance and has services available on a sliding scale fee for those unable to pay.
