Community Workforce Development
The Oxford School District invites community members, businesses, and organizations to partner with our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs to support student learning and workforce development. Through experiences such as Work-Based Learning, Career Internships, and Job Shadowing, students gain valuable opportunities to apply academic and technical skills in real-world settings while exploring potential career paths.
Community and industry partners play an essential role in preparing students for success beyond high school. Whether by hosting student interns, serving as mentors, participating on advisory boards, or providing input on emerging workforce needs, partners help ensure that CTE programs align with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism today’s employers seek.
