• Summer School in the Oxford School District

    Registration:
    May 28, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Oxford Middle School

    Classes:
    June 3 - June 28 from 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. (20 days)

    Location:
    All Oxford School District summer activities will take place at Oxford Middle School

    Meals:
    Breakfast and lunch will be served daily.

    Computer Access:
    Students will use the laptops provided in each classroom; they should not bring their own devices to school.

    Summer School Costs

    Grades 5th - 8th for promotion:

    • $200.00 per class

    Grades 8th - 12th for Carnegie Unit Credit:

    • 1 Carnegie Unit – $300.00;
      NOTE: As an incentive, prices will vary according to completion date:
      • $150 for courses completed by June 14
      • $300 for courses completed by June 28
      • $450 for courses completed by July 12
    • ½ Carnegie Unit – $150.00
    • Driver’s Education – $195.00 ($150.00 + $45.00 fee)

    Grades 2-4 for promotion:

    • No fee (Paid through FY 2019 Title I and District Funds)

    Summer STEM:

    • June 3 - June 7
    • No fee (Paid through FY Title IV Funds)

    Grade 7th - 12th EL Intensive Summer Program:

    • No fee (Paid through Title III Immigrant Funds)

    Extended School Year (Special Education):

    • Grades: Pre-K - 12
    • June 4 - June 27 (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday only)
    • No Fee

    Transportation

    The Oxford transportation department will transport students to and from summer school.
