Seasonally assists with beautifying our entrance and outside of BES. Holiday decorating, planters around the school getting updates, landscape overseen, door decor, etc. |

| Clothes Closet – Chair |
Ensure the clothes closet is filled with new and gently used clothing that may be given to children in the event of an accident or an inherent need. Organize the closet and use PTO funds to purchase needed items. Liaison with Charger Support Coordinator at the District Office. |

| Dr. Seuss Week – Chair |
Plan and Coordinate events and decorations for Dr. Seuss Week. |

| Fun Fridays/ Field Day/ Art Night – Co-Chairs |
Coordinate volunteers for monthly Fun Fridays via Sign Up Genius. Assist Art teacher with planning and setup of Art Night. Assist PE teacher with design and schedule of Field Day activities. |

| Good Food for Oxford Schools – Chair and Co-Chair |
Organizes volunteers in the learning garden, distributes fresh food, and other fun activities throughout the year. |

| Little Chargers of the Month – Co-Chairs |
Coordinate volunteers for prizes and distributions each month for Little Chargers of the Month. Decorates conference room for lunch each month for the winners and their families. |

| Love Packs – Co-Chairs |
Coordinate and promote Love Packs. Volunteers are needed on FRIDAY mornings at 9:0 to pick up donations from BES and take to the Love Packs pantry, pack meals and deliver packs back to the guidance counselor at BES. |

| OECC Spirit – Co-Chairs |
Oversees decorations & spirit items for fall semester Spirit days, Fun Fridays, school celebrations (50th day of school, 100th day of school, etc.) Help spread OSD and OECC Spirit. |

| Pre-K Carnival – Co-Chairs |
Plan and coordinate the Spring Open House event for incoming 3K & Pre-K students. Overall management of the Carnival night (i.e. coordinating parent volunteers, decorations, communications, supplies). |

| Restaurant Fundraising/ Spirit Nights – Chair |
Coordinate, plan and promote spirit nights with local businesses to receive additional funds for OECC PTO. |

| Teacher Appreciation/ Hospitality – Co-Chairs |
Help with Luncheons/breakfasts throughout the year recognizing teachers (i.e. Back to School Breakfast, etc.)., coordinate coffee, snacks for faculty meetings. Plan and coordinate teacher appreciation week: coordinate sign ups, gifts and treats for TA week, set up/take down each day during the week for sweets, lunches, spa day, etc. Coordinates birthday happies to staff and faculty throughout the year using PTO funds. |

| T-Shirts – Chair |
Work to source vendors for annual staff teachers (first week of school), Fun Friday/field trip shirts for staff & organize t-shirt sales for fundraising efforts. Will coordinate volunteers for any t-shirt tables for appropriate school events to sell merchandise. |
