Technology Fees and Fines 2021-2022

  • Students in PreK-6th Grade

    • Each student will be assigned an iPad that remains in charging cabinets in the classroom.
    • The technology fee is $25.
    • iPads will be issued on campus, during the first week of school.
    • Fee waivers are available by completing and qualifying with the free & reduced lunch application here.
  • Students in 7th-12th Grade

    • Each student will be assigned an iPad that can be taken home each day. *Some students will instead receive a MacBook for a specific course.
    • The technology fee is $50.
    • iPads will be issued on campus, during the first week of school.
    • Grades 7th-12th will be issued an OSD backpack for protecting the iPad.
    • Fee waivers are available by completing and qualifying with the free & reduced lunch application here.

How do I pay my child’s technology fee?

  • There are several ways to pay a technology fee for the 2021-2022 school year:

    1. Pay in-person at Open House on August 3rd (cash or check)
    2. pay in-person to the school's office manager (cash or check)
    3. pay electronically with a debit or credit card. (Once you have created an online MySchoolBucks account, you MUST link the account in order to pay the fee from your student's PowerSchool account. Tech fees will only show up in Powerschool.) Click here for detailed instructions.

    *If you wish to pay electronically, you will need to wait until PowerSchool re-opens to parents (July 28th for 7th-12th grades and July 30th for PreK-6th).

Fines for Damaged Technology

  • iPad:

    • 1st occurrence: $50
    • 2nd occurrence: $50
    • Subsequent occurrences: cost of full repair or replacement

    MacBook: (not applicable to all students)

    • 1st occurrence: $100
    • 2nd occurrence: $200
    • Subsequent occurrences: cost of full repair or replacement
