Isaac Boose
Coach Issac Boose is entering his 6th year at Oxford High School. Boose serves as the Assistant Head Coach, Defensive Line coach, and JV Defensive Coordinator for the Chargers. In 2019, Coach Boose was a part of the 1st Oxford Charger State Championship.
Coach Boose is a 1999 graduate of Oxford High School. As a student at OHS Boose participated in Football, Track, Band and performed in several musicals. Immediately after high school Boose would enlist in the US Air Force to serve his country. Boose would meet his wife Ashley in the classrooms of OHS. The two of them reside in Oxford with 4 of their 6 children Kayden, Olivia, Issac IV, and Joshua. The Boose's also have a daughter Asia also a resident of Oxford and OHS graduate 2020, Asia resident of Hattiesburg, MS Oak Grove Graduate 2020 and grandson Bryson.
Boose also serves as the current Head Boys and Girls Powerlifting Coach at Oxford High School. This past season the Boys finished as the Region 1-6A Champion as well as the North Half Runner up. Boose has served as a member of the Oxford Powerlifting staff as an assistant coach the previous 3 years.
