  • Aequora Latin Club

    Aequora is a Latin club/class taught by University of Mississippi students and faculty and designed by the Paideia Institute, a non-profit that promotes the study of the classical humanities.  Students work with talented mentors to learn Latin through games, activities and creative writing.

    Book Club is a Mock Newberry Club. We read new books throughout the year and select books for a Best of the Year award in the spring. We also have a couple of fun events each year.

    Students learn to code or grow their coding skills. Coders learn to make their own games, animations, apps and more! Coding languages used are Scratch for beginners and Swift Playgrounds for more advanced coders. We may add more languages this year.

  • OIS X Country Club

    The OIS X Country Club is designed to give students some entry level experience in hopes to encourage students to run cross country at the middle and high school Level. It will also help students improve their endurance level throughout the duration of the program. Serious runners are encouraged to join the OIS X Country team.
