Where can my child get immunizations?
One of the required registration documents for our pre-K program is the child’s updated immunization record (Mississippi Immunization 121 Form) that is marked either “complete for school entry” (if child is four years old before May 13, 2024) or “complete until school entry” (if child is four years old after May 13, 2024).
