Riding the school bus is a privilege provided by the Oxford School District. A bus conduct policy will be provided to each student. Safety on the bus is our first concern with bus transportation. Disorderly conduct on the bus is considered a safety risk and will be reported by the bus driver.

There will be no bus changes permitted. Students must ride the bus to which they have been assigned. In the event a student moves during the school year, residency documentation must be provided to the school office before the Transportation Request can be made for the new bus.

Should a student’s mode of transportation change from the normal routine, the school must be informed in writing by 2:00 P.M. Written requests may be submitted by email, fax, or note to the school. Phone requests will not be accepted for ride changes.
