Kindergarten Readiness Assessment
The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment will provide parents, teachers, and early childhood providers with a common understanding of what children know and are able to do upon entering school. The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment will also be used to measure how well Pre-K programs prepare four-year-olds to be ready for kindergarten based upon the Mississippi Early Learning Standards for Classrooms Serving Four-Year-Old Children. The primary purpose of the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment is to improve the quality of classroom instruction and other services provided to students from birth to 3rd grade.

Measures of Academic Progress (MAP)
Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) is a state-aligned computer adaptive assessment that provides Bramlett educators with the information they need to improve teaching and learning and make student-focused, data-driven decisions. Educators use the growth and achievement data from MAP to develop targeted instructional strategies and to plan school improvement. Please follow the link for more information. -
Mississippi College- and Career-Ready Standards (MCCRS)
The Mississippi College- and Career-Ready Standards Initiative is a state-led effort that established a single set of clear educational standards for kindergarten through 12th grade in English language arts and mathematics that states voluntarily adopt. The standards are designed to ensure that students graduating from high school are prepared to enter credit-bearing entry courses in two-year or four-year college programs or enter the workforce. The standards ensure that parents, teachers, and students have a clear understanding of the expectations in reading, writing, speaking and listening, language and mathematics in school, and they put students on a level playing field regardless of their ZIP code.
