Beautification – Chair Seasonally assist with beautifying our entrance and outside of BES. Holiday decorating, planters around the school getting updates, landscape overseen, door decor, etc. Minimal: Year-long as needed
BES Spirit – Chair and Co-Chair Coordinate decorations and greeters for spirit days, 100 days of school, etc. Help spread OSD & Bramlett Spirit. High: Year-long
Brushstrokes for Bramlett – Chair and Co-Chair Coordinate with the Art Teacher to plan Brushstrokes fundraising event. Lead the event and help coordinate volunteers to set up, clean up, sell paintings, and distribute auction numbers the night of Brushstrokes. High: Daily for 1 month (April)
Citizens of the Month – Chair and Co-Chair Coordinate volunteers for prizes and distributions each month for Citizen of the Month. Decorate cafeteria for lunch each month for the winners and their families. Moderate: Once per month
Clothes Closet – Chair and Co-Chair Ensure the Clothes Closet is filled with new and gently-used clothing that may be given to children in the event of an accident or an inherent need. Organize the closet. Minimal: Year-long as needed
Dr. Seuss WeekCo-Chair Plan and Coordinate events and decorations for Dr. Seuss Week. Moderate: One week in March
Faculty Fri-YaysCo-Chair Plan and coordinate monthly treats for all our teachers and staff. Moderate: Year-long
Field Day – Chair and Co-Chair Plan and coordinate our field days for each grade, including games, snacks, rentals, etc. Moderate: Once per year
FundraisingCo-Chair Assist the fundraising chairs with Check It Chargers campaign. Plan and coordinate monthly spirit nights at restaurants. Print stickers to wear home on the day of the event. Promote Kroger membership. Moderate: Year-long
Good Food for Oxford SchoolsCo-Chair Organize volunteers for the garden and other fun activities throughout the year. Minimal: Year-long as needed
Helping HandsCo-Chair Coordinate volunteers to work during teachers' lunch duties, to give them a duty-free lunch. Minimal: Four times per year
Hospitality – Chair and Co-Chair Plan and coordinate teacher birthday happies and provide snacks for faculty meetings, etc. Moderate: Year-long
Kindergarten Round-UpCo-Chair Plan and coordinate the Spring Open House for incoming kindergarten students. Overall management of the Round Up (coordinating parent volunteers, decorations, communications, supplies, etc.). Moderate: One-time event in May
Love Packs – Chair and Co-Chair Coordinate and promote Love Packs. Volunteers are needed on Wednesday mornings to pick up donations from BES and take to Love Packs pantry, pack meals, and deliver packs back to BES. Moderate: Year-long, weekly
Snack FairyCo-Chair Distribute snack fairy list to teachers, shop for snacks needed for classrooms, and distribute snacks to the teachers who requested. Moderate: Year-long, monthly
Student Incentives – Chair and Co-Chair Organize events each 9 weeks to celebrate student attendance and meeting reading goals. Moderate: Seven events throughout the year
Teacher Appreciation WeekCo-Chair Plan and coordinate teacher appreciation week: coordinate sign-ups, gifts and treats for TA week, set-up/take down each day during the week for sweets, lunches, etc. High: Full commitment for 1 week in May
