Seniors are allowed up to 5 excused visits. Juniors are allowed up to 3 excused visits. Sophomores are allowed up to 2 excused visits.
For college visits to be considered school-based activities, students must submit this completed form to the OHS attendance officer with documentation of their visit to a college or university.
*To qualify for a college visit day, students must have passing grades in all classes and have no discipline referrals.
