• CLIP participating product UPCs and beverage/sauce caps. A list of participating products can be found on the back of this sheet. The UPCs must be included to receive credit.
• GLUE or TAPE to the 1 point collection sheet. If you collect 5 or 10 point UPCs please return in a zip lock bag. Please do not use staples. Beverage caps may be placed in a zip lock bag. Please include your child’s name & teacher’s name on each collection sheet.
